Privacy

Last updated 26 October 2026. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles as a guide even where we are a small publisher.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you send. Server logs may keep an IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell reader lists.

Why we collect it

Correspondence is used to answer you, to correct the record, or to consider a pitch. We keep contact notes for as long as a conversation or a correction file needs them, then delete them from the active inbox.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com. Our hosting and form relay providers process that data to deliver the message. We do not disclose your note except where Australian law requires it or you ask us to.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a note that is not needed for a published correction. Write to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com.
